I wish I could say that I was trying to "drift" around that 270*, but I just took too much weight out of the rear end. Hello oversteer. Apparently, weight distribution > weight reduction.

sweet. I'm going to try to get some of my freinds to go with me. I can't wait it sounds like a lot of fun. I already checked the regional site, theres quiet a few events that are only like 40-50 minutes from me.

Dude, its a cone. I'm pretty sure they don't do any damage, thats the reason why they use them.

the cones dont do anything at all. i've hit a few cones and they just go right under the car or fly away. if u hit one straight on u'll prolly just drag it or something. unless u have a carbon fiber body or lip kit, u have nothing to worry about. They COULD leave scratches on the paint, but normally dont.

If you want to prevent damage or paint damage, just do this before u race:

Thats just some tape on the car, it peels off really easily and dosnt leave marks. I only see expensive cars with fiber glass or carbon fiber do this.

BUT the best possible way to prevent damage is..........DONT HIT ANY CONES!!!
