shaved tail lights

Default shaved tail lights
ive seen a few civics 92-00 thats tail lights that r on the trunk have been shaved how do you do that if anyone know how or knows of a tutorial plz hit me up

Its alot of work, you need to take the taillight off that you want to shave, weld metal into it, then use fiberglass and body filler to smooth it all out and paint.
