I shift low (2-3K RPM). I have a tendancy to do this so my exaust doesnt get to loud. Its a good habbit I find. Easy on gas and easy on the engine. Of course if Im messin around I let it rev higher.

i was thinking that same thing, now if they were racing old military jeeps then that is another thing. also if you watch when they shift i think it shows their foot at some point and they don't even double clutch
