Keep it - to be honest, so long as there are replacement motors out there, these cars could in a sense last forever, so long as it is maintained and the exterior is maintained.

I have a 93 with ~200,000 miles on it (that I just bought by the way - that's how confident in these cars I am) and just tested the mpgs the other day and am still getting 35 mpg. It also runs phenomenal with only slight power loss at higher gears, but I know what the problem is and it is fixable.

You will more than likely regret it if you do not keep it.
