if you live in southern california then you know the stuff that we have to go through.
man, it doesn't matter what you put in/on your car. if the police pull you over and deem your car illegal there is pretty much little you can do about it.
yeah, the police pwned a couple of my friends that way.........

just look for DoT approval on tails..i have a hatch so not the same as coupe/sedan tails but mine are DoT approved..

Another Cali boy here...No kidding. I have a file with all my mod paper work in the glove box. EVERYTHING has to be certified or ticket ticket ticket.
The DOT/SAE stamp will be molded into the plastic lens lower edge. Ask the seller if it is DOT approved. You usually pay more for this as they have to re-coupe the cost of the DOT testing.
