I got the problem fixed I think. I read on here that some other guy had the same issue and changed his fuel filter and that fixed it. I just changed it and took it out for a ride to warm it up and it seems to be running better now.

clean your idle air control valve , i use to have a simuliar problem and i cleaned that it doesnt do it anymore unless its cold outside
