Over generic eBay strut bars? No. eBay generic strut bars will work just as well as the ones you linked to and will cost less.
When it starts making a difference is when you start looking into 1-piece bars (meaning the brackets and bar is all one solid piece), and 3 point and 4 point bars (in reference to strut bars only).
For the tie bars: in the rear a subframe reinforcement plate would work (and look, in case you care) better. In the front, an H-brace would work better. This is because H braces and subframe reinforcement plates don't have flex points.
Look into ASR subframe reinforcement plates, and NRG H-braces.
