super noob question

I just bought a 93 civic lx 4dr and i know its an eg but and eg6 or what is it offocially called? Sorry for the super noob question i was just wondering lol

^ it just EG, if anything it would be EG5 since it the 5th generation but i think its just EG im not sure.

an EG6 is a 3 dr 92-95 civic hatchback SIR with a B16 engine

You know, I always call my car an EG, but officially I think it's an EJ or something.

just look at your vin number

here's an example 2HG EJ6 32*TH 1 00001
2hg is manufactuere, make, and type of vehicle
ej6 is line, body, and engine type, or what we call chassis code
and the rest is other information that i'm too lazy to list, but you can find out what they all stand for in a helms manual

i got a 96 civic hatch dx, so mine's an ej6
