Crack your windows, shade your windshield, remote start with the AC on, have your AC system checked if it's been a while, and try some of those bead seat cushions that cabbies use. The lastwould allow some air to circulate under you without needing vented seats.

I've had the whole ac system replaced about a year ago, the mechanics all say my engine it just too small and has too many miles to run the ac properly. I can't remote start with a stick shift, either. I do drive with my windows down and I have 5% on the windshield and 20% on the sides to help with the heat. The rest of me nver gets very hot, just my back. Btw, I'm from Port St. Joe, about 30 miles from panama city

School bus cage fan mounted by the seatbelt loop!
And youCAN get remote start systems that work with manuals, but you have to leave it in neutral all the time when you park. And they can be a lot more expensive than regular systems cuz they need a clutch bypass module possibly an anti-theft bypass module and most have an exit procedure where you press a button somewhere to arm the remote start for later (to help you remember to leave it in neutral and apply the e-brake).

Like a lot of you, I have no ac. Well, my car came with ac but the 1.5L air compressor Honda chose to dub the d15b7 doenst get the compressor enough power to even fool with waiting for it to cool down. Being that city traffic in florida is often over 110F, my back is always soaked with sweat by the time I get anywhere. Its gotten to the point where I have to bring an extra shirt to put on when I get where I'm going. Is there any way possible to make my seats breath a little better of even if aftermarket seats will remedy this?

I know I've seen a custom shop do ventilated seats on a custom job, prolly 'Pimp my ride' or something. Cut out the foam, insert low voltage computer case style but oversized fans and perforate leather seatcover, viola!
I don't know if anyone sells pre-made seats like that tho.
Whoa, just found something!
