Default thinking about a del sol

i found a nice del sol not to far from where i live (61 mi.) and it only has 54k miles on it but i was wondering if there are any drawbacks on del sol's. its the S Coupe w/ the 1.5L engine (if the engine makes a difference). And i was wondering if it had heat.

get it! I would LOVE a Del Sol. I imagine drawbacks would be no space, although the trunk looks to be pretty good size. Only like 2 seats though [&:] i'd totally go for it, how much $$ was he asking?

$4000
seems to good to be true though and only has one picture but is described to be in good condition and runs perfectly. i also read that the trunk place is small when the hood is let down....which i can imagine it being smaller, and im fine with a 2 seater cause i hate having to drive my younger friends around (im only 17).

Eh, those things are something you need to look out for. On top of the size, there's weight - here where it snows, that's an issue. And I heard from a couple of my mechanic friends that the rear windows have problems a lot. I was thinking about buying a Del Sol last year - it had 90 some thousand on it, no rust, no accidents, and the engine was the CLEANEST sounding engine I had ever heard. Seriously, it was one constant hum, it was incredible. But, it was an auto and they were asking a bit more than I could pay

Get an MR2 or a miata, the way I see it is, if you're going to have only 2 seats... it better be something reallysporty... not just a heavy civic with no space...
