Default Tips/Pic Request: Racing Seats

okay so I just bought a pair of racing seats for my 2000 civic ex coupe and I want to use the oem seat belts but the piece that the seatbelt clicks into is attached to the oem seats! Just wondering if you guys had any sugestions on how to make this work, and/or pics of your guys racing seats who kept the stock seatbelts

Thanks in advance

The buckle should unbolt from your stock seat and bolt onto your new rails

the new rails were custom made though so they dont have the place to bolt it onto it

Then custom weld a bracket on there with a threaded hole... Why did you need custom brackets? There are plenty of premade rails out there

True, but they're typically expensive as hell. I made both my custom rails and sliders for about $30, total. Beat the **** out of spending $100+ on Sparcos. However, without a welder, I don't think it was worth the effort/PITA

Hey I just noticed your from rochester lol, I live in rocester to but yeah if you have heard of scott from rocs finest imports, he had the black hatchback with the lambo doors. I got the seats form him and he said at the time when he got them he couldnt find any brackets for them so he had them made and I gotta say the ones he had made look much more secure and stable than some of the ones I have seen on ebay, Im gonna try to weld another piece on there then I guess, thanks for the help
