Looks clean, I like the drop and all together don't see anything major. How much does he want for it and what size engine?

my rims have new tires on them so i guess when i get there ill look at his tires and if they are bald or close to. then i will just keep my rims.

Make sure you check for camber wear on his tires too, since the car's pretty low. How did he lower the car? If he actually did it right (no ebay suspension, or cut springs) I would do the trade.

he said it has coilovers... my sedan has skunk2 coilovers he said i can swap my stuff if needed. i'm deff. putting my battery in it he can keep his... mechanic work is no problem for me i dont mind it. its the body work i hate body work.
but i did notice its missing the power steering pump and canister. he said the engine was rebuilt and swapped it had a 1.5 automatic and was swap to a 1d15z1 and manual.
we both has the exact same swap i also have the d15z1 and manual swap.

I would swap suspension, too. If all he said was just "coilovers" chances are they are cheap-o 20$ ebay coilovers on stock struts.
