Tranny fluid
#3
rule of thumb i go by is about every 50,000 miles. once a year sounds like overkill to me but i guess it's better to be safe than sorry. though i just did a flush on a manual 05 corolla at 80,000 miles and it came out clear and gold. transmission oil isn't like engine oil that gets contaminated all the time so it's not as urgent, but if you got time, just flush it the next time you do an oil change, it's really simple

Automatic, I think Honda recommends change (drain and refill, not necessarily flush) every 30,000 miles.
Manual is not as critical. Do watch out for leaks on a manual; open the fill plug once in a while and make sure it's staying full. A lot of people don't even know there is fluid in a manual transmission.
