I want to take a 400 mile trip, that's 400 miles total, I havea 941.6 liter EX, with about 160,000 on it, I've got fully synthetic oil in it, power steering and all other fluids are good...do you think it'll be able to make it?

 

you should be able to make that easily. should have no worries.

 

do you drive it every day? if you drive it reliably every day then go for it, but synthetic oil won't make your engine last longer if its on its last leg.

 

has ur car been reliable, any noticible problems

 

ahh... why is that even a question? i wouldn't have second thoughts even if it was an 800mile trip

 

ha, ya... if it's runnign fine i dont even know why that would be a problem, mines getting close to 250k, and i would have no problems doing it (i do about 500 down to southern colorado in the summer for 4th of july) I'm sure some people odometer's on here are way past mine and wouldent have second thoughts about doing that trip either... I mean.. it's a honda...

 

I'm driving a '96 with 140K on the odo, and I'm in the middle of a 400 mile one way, plus mileage around town, trip.

 

you will be fine if you have had no problems with the car before

 

look at it this way, you got 160,000 on it now........what is another 400?
