I'm curious about how much our Honda Civic is worth??
It is a 1990 Civic LX 4DR. Automatic, 131,000 miles, white with blue interior, A/C, P/S, P/B, cruise/tilt, AM,/FM/Cass, tinted windows, Fronts legal, rears Limo, P/W, P/L, Power mirrors, 70% left on tires, Body is straight & interior has not tears, or stains, shows wear but it is 22 years old.Everything works.
I can look it up in Kelly Blue Book but I was just wondering what you guys think its value is. What I could ask for it if I decide to sell it.

Non-Honda buyers will go strictly by KBB's private-party value. And even then, ask for the high price, and expect to get the low one.

So will Honda people, but to get a premium price, you'd have to find the right buyer that has been scouring classified car sales for an automatic '90 Civic sedan in those colors.

If you had a '90 Civic Si (very hot in autocross right now), or gone through the hassle of something like an engine swap, that's where your premium price comes in.

 

Since it's a 4 door, you're not going to get much interest from people who want to build it out for racing. Its appeal is the ordinary family car market, so KBB and other price books would be a reasonable approximation.
