Default vibration after cv replacement

I replaced both the axles in my wife's 97 civic dx, and now there is a vibration when I accelerate. Its not that bad, and only noticeable in like 2nd and 3rd gear. It is noticeable though, so I gotta fix it. I assume one of the axles is unbalanced, so is there a way to check? I was thinking of jacking the car up and lowering it onto one control arm, and then accelerating and seeing if it shakes. Is there anything else it could be after changing the axles, like maybe a bearing or something. She drive the car for quite a while after the boots had ripped before I changed the axles. I'd say about 2 years. the vibration wasnt there before, so I assume its the axle.

Regards
Lisa

You may want to purchase new axles that have a damper on the shaft, similar to the stock OEM axles. I bought mine from O-Reilly for $85 each.
