Went to dealership .....
Today I went to the dealership and got a LEASE price on a 2005 Civic VP package with a rear spoiler. The MSRP is 15200 and they said the sale price was 13900. Can you please let me know if the following payments are good/fair:
No money down 36 month lease $233.84 ($0 drive off) and includes rear spoiler. Residual value is $8170
Is this a good deal? Thanks for your help!

RE: Went to dealership .....
find out how much you can get it for to buy. a civic wont lose value very quickly and that seems a little high for a lease. but 0 down is a big part of that, so its tough to say as ive never actually leased a car.

RE: Went to dealership .....
If paid $2982 down my payments would be $139 a month.
Both leases:
36 x 139 + 2982= $7986 + $300 (SPOILER) =$8286
36 X 233= $8388 (includes spoiler)
To buy it would be $284 for 60 months if the sale price was 14400....???

Leaseing is like renting once you spend the money it's gone foreven at least if your making payment to own it's kind of like an invesment.
