Default What "standard" model is a Civic VP?

I have a 1999 Civic VP. To buy parts, I need to know if it is equivalent to a DX, LX or EX. After some research, I think a VP is identical to a DX with some whistles and bells. Is my research correct?

VP? never heard of that man. Is that a v-tech or not. I think that DX and LX have their throttle body is sticking up and EX and Si which have v-tech their throttle body goes to the right. o and what year is your civic.

Is that a v-tech engine of not. If it is just regular non v tech its probably DX and i think DX and LX baciscly the same only LX has power doors and locks **** to it.

The VP was introduced mid-year 1999. It is not a v-tech engine. It appears to be a DX with power locks and upgraded CD player.
