Ok i have the 92 civic lx automatic... with the d15b7

Im really just researching for future plans. Im wanting to do an engine and tranny swap. I miss having full control of my car so i want a manual. and engine wise i want something i can do more with. I was thinkin a b series but im not sure. I want something im still gonna have some room in my engine compartment but at the same time something i can do alot with. I know the b15c is a good one but what are the other options... the h and k seriesare out of the question due to size (from what i hear)

So what are your reccomendations? something i can really tune and pull alot out of.

 

I think you should consider the B16 engine. They arent overly priced, they arent huge. and they have decent power. Good engine.
