Default What's it worth?

I'm just wondering how much my Civic is worth. A good amount of money has been dumped into it and it still has some problems. I'm wondering if I should sell it or just ride it until it dies. Pictures can be found in my profile photo album.

1998 Civic DX Sedan
About 171,500 miles
Automatic

Known Issues:
-Transmission slips going from 2nd to 3rd and it makes a lot of noise and every once in a while it clunks/slips a bit on the 1st to 2nd shift
-Some oil is leaking underneath, but its not dripping yet (rear main seal I believe)
-Transmission leaks a little, again, no dripping yet
-Clunk when getting the steering wheel back to center (steering rack? tie rod end?)
-Handling is very loose while going over 50MPH (been checked over and has been deemed healthy and tight)

What's been replaced/added:
-Exhaust manifold about a year and a half ago
-Flowmaster muffler about a year ago
-New front brakes and rotors about 3 months ago
-New rear wheel bushings about a year ago
-AEM SRI about a year and a half ago
-Four new Yokohama tires about 3 months ago
-Whole car repainted a little over a year ago

The average buyer isn't going to DIY fix it.

according to kelly bluebook, the private sale price should be between $2000-3000 (fair to excellent). Assuming if the buyer has to fix all those problems, maybe knock off another $500ish?

So about $1500-2500 is a fair estimate?
