Why would these be replaced...?
Valve Cover Gasket and CV Shafts be replaced at only 88k miles? CV Shafts I can understand wearing out but valve cover gasket? I'm thinking about looking at this civic but idk cause it seems like it might of been abused cause the damage is from the first owners son. http://kansascity.craigslist.org/car/390366380.html
Opinions on it would be great cause I found a buyer for my truck but I haven't found a civic yet!

There's no way that that car only have 88,000 too. No way

Run that Carfax report on ANY car before you buy it...So get the vin number from the guy and yeah I'd advice you do that to see if that car really has 88K miles etc.
but yeah i'd give him bout 800 for that car.

I got responses!! I could do the body work myself so that would only cost for the suplies. I was thinking about getting a carfax on it.
But the sad thing is... I still didn't get the answer to the question lol.
And the first civic I looked at, I looked at it back in January. That is how long I've looked for a civic in my price range that's what I want.
