Well I can honestly say I have learned my lesson when it comes to buying cheap crap off eBay lol. I was driving last night and my eBay short shifter broke at the base of the **** haha. You can see the threads sticking out. This "Civic Type-R" (fake) **** looks like crap with the coating peeling off only about 3 weeks after I got it. The short shifter and **** cost $8.00 for both. Junk, junk, junk.

So I bought a genuine ITR shift boot and Skunk2 weighted **** and short shifter. They should be here soon and I hope they last.

Well, I've been lucky with my eBay special SS but I do have a Skunk2 weight ****. I'm just waiting for the SS to break, it's been 3-4 years now...

The one that came with my '95 VX is still going strong. 12 years and counting.
