Hi, in the UK I have a civic Type R, its kinda like a Si body kit, but with 197HP 6manual transmittion. I have driven other civics, and other fast cars, but the Type R is ball bustingly good, you guys have got to get it!!!!

Why in the hell does europe get the kick *** cars and we have to wait around normally for like 1-5 years just to get a waft of something? It really pisses me off.

I like the 96 Civic SI coupe and I like the 2001 Si hatch that everyone dislike because it look like a van. I dont really see it as a van looks more like a sport hatch to me I like this year better than all the old si ones.

the si coupe wasnt till 99, and the hatch started in 02 or 03, i dont remember. but i dont think the 7th gen si looks all that bad, i just think it needed the K20a2 instead of the anemic K20a3. thats what happens when you give the U.S. a great car ike the 99-00 SI. the general american public drives it, never going over 5K, and they say its OK, but it needs more torque. then Honda gives us the torqueyer, but slower, 2 liter. what can you do? well, they are talking of giving us the type r soon, we'll see.

I would like to have the 1992-1995 Civic Hatch-back Si. It comes with the sohc vetc engine, front and back disc brakes, and a sunroof and tach which is rare for a hatch. Plus it is a great starting place for a good project car, nice and light.
