How do i get pic down to the nessecary requirement? it's 684 kb. i don't know how to shrink it down to the forums requirements.

 

i also picked out an avatar and it's not showing up either.

 

You can resize from "Paint", but the best way to do it to go to Microsoft.com and download "image resizer." It's a super small download so even dial-up guys can get it in just a few seconds. It automatically installs a resizer in your "right click."

You probably forgot to hit "apply" when you updated your avatar.
