What happened to the Sponsors Banner???

What happened to their banner below the "Welcome to the Honda Civic Forum" banner???? Routine site maintenance only, I hope!

sometimes when im on the school computers they dont load eather..but im not sure if thats security or just alot of people on the internet so it wont load
