Removing front grill "H" '00 Si.
Heyas,
Just wondering if it's possible to remove the front grill emblem on a Civic Si 99-00, or would i need to buy a new grill ?
I'm talking about the BIG "H" like the one in this picture:

you can buy a ctr style grille, or take a dremel, bondo, sandpaper, paint, and mesh and make your own..

removing the bumper isnt a big deal: 2 bolts in the wheel wells, 5 plugs along the top of the bumper (with the hood popped) and then 2 screws, one on each side of the grill that you wish to remove. Quick thing, then the smaller grill you are talking about removes with just a few screws. Check the DIY section, i think theres a DIY on how to remove that grill.

Are you in canada? I thought all USDM Si's came with the flat black grill. Any way, here you go..

Before and after pics..
So yeah, just get yourself a grill without the H off of Ebay, or try and find a genuine Si grill like I did.
