Default Yellow Light Bulbs

Hey ya!!!
Any idea if yellow light bulbs for headlights are legal? I like the way the yellow light slook but dont want to get them if i will be pulled over all the time of it...

I think the only legal color is amber... but i dont think a cop would even care or notice unless he is mad at you or if the color was blue or red.

i have super white which had a blue tint to it in there for a wile, last summer..it looked sweet and i never got pulled over...this year i have changed to just clear tho just incase

i dont think its illegal..... cuz if some foglights are yellow, i guess you can have yellow headlights, and besides i have yellow headlights on my other civic

hey is it correct that h3 and h4 bulbs are the same? if not which one does a 98 civic use?
I hope its the h3 cause thats what I ordered....

Nope H3 is a single filiment used for fogs and the like, H4's are dual filiments used as headlights (high/low).....

yeah i was about to say..never heard of yellow headlights..

and the blue arent illegal because its not actually blue..they sell brand new cars like lexus and stuff that come with them on it. theyre called HID they all look blue, the sell blue bulbs to mock them

it depends on where you live, but here in cali...the CHP told me they can only be white. you can't have yellow bulbs as your primary light source. i.e. your yellow fog lamps can't be brighter than your white headlights. but that's just what i was told. (sorry if i'm a little late posting)

oh and kinda on subject..you foglights cant be pointed with your headlights..or higher above your headlights on a regular road. according to alabama
