If i try to buy some alcohol, and they try to card me, and i say i dont bring ID with me. can i get arrested for trying to buy it? I can easily pass for 21 but im really 20. and i live in PA

 

If there's a cop in the store you'll probably get a ride in the back of vicky...but they won't really arrest you

No way. Ive tried so many times to buy beer. when they check for ID you just say o darn where did I put that thing. And leave.

You can't get arrested, but if they sell it to you, you can and them too. You wont' do any time or anything but you will pay a fine. Do yourself a favor and just wait until you are 21 to drink. It's the law. I didn't have one sip of alcohol until I was legal.

 

the law is a joke. if your old enough to smoke and go to war at 18, you should be able to drink and gamble as well. USA is the only country with a 21 drinking age. and i also dont drink to get drunk.

On the other hand, I just don't get the point of drinking if you're not at a bar or a club, and can't get sloppy drunk and dance. The only times I've gotten myself inebriated was at clubs, actually. It just has no appeal to me outside of that environment. But that's just me.

I don't care what the age for smoking is. They could make that crap 100 years old and $100 a pack for all I care, but I agree about the military thing, but by that logic you should have to be in the military for that to apply.
