I have noticed several times when I try to stop, the gas pedal is either stuck or the car wants to go while I am pressing the brake to stop. Doesnt do it all the time, but I notice it about oncea week. Any thoughts?

If I were you, i'd take it to the dealer and tell them exactly what you told us. It should be fully covered. That is a very unsafe condition. I'd do it now!

 

It's going to be hard for the dealer (or anyone) to find the problem if it only happens once a week though. Start with the obvious stuff like is there any debris around the gas pedal that could catch on it. I think all the late models have a "drive by wire" system so there is no throttle cable.

Remember when a certain Audi model had a similar "out of control acceleration" problem? It turned out that the cause of it was the driver pressing the gas instead of the brake and not realizing it, because the pedals were closer together than they typically are on other cars. It was very hard to get the proper PR for that.
