This is a base model 1998 Civic. 98,000 original miles. A new timing belt was put in at 77,000, but that was six years ago. The air filter is also new.

The battery is fully charged and the motor cranks, but it won't start. I pulled all the plugs and they are all getting spark. I put starter fluid in the cylinders, and tried to fire it up. It did not start.

What happened was, the turn signal was out. I changed the bulb. Started it, and parked it for 10 days. Then it would not start.

What do you suggest?
