1999 Honda Civic Stock Radio Removal

RE: 1999 Honda Civic Stock Radio Removal
A couple of things you need to do.
1. Remove the glove box by pressing the sides until the glove box goes all the way down.
2. Remove the driver's underside trim by removing 3 screws. (2 on top and 1 on bottom or vice versa).
3. You need to pop it off, it is held in place by 2 or 3 places.
4. Now you will see one bolt on the passenger side and one screw on the driver side for the center dash trim. It also has 2 screws just above the aux cd player as well. Remove those 4 and you can remove the center dash trim. You will need to unplug the cigarette lighter if so equipped.
Now you can look up from the bottom and see those 2 bolts holding the radio in place. Once you remove them, it slides right out and you will then need to unplug it.
Know that by removing the stock radio, you also remove any possibility of using your keyless entry as they are connected to the stock radio.
I will post some pictures of what I am talking about in 1-4 above.
