Default 2003 Civic won't start after fuel pump housing replaced

Hi Guys,

My 2003 civic was leaking gas from the top of the cracked fuel pump housing. I replaced it with a new one along with the the seal. Everything went fine. Leak is gone and pump is pumping fuel to the fuel rail. Only problem is it won't start now!! I have checked and the pump is priming up to the fuel rail. I checked all fuses. I unhooked battery to reset ECU and it still doesn't start. It just cranks and occasionally it will start for about 2 seconds and die. It used to start right up perfectly before I replaced the pump housing and seal. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
