My 04 civic started blowing coolant out of the reservoir. Changed radiator cap, thermostat and hoses, and radiator. Tried bars radiator stop leak. Problem got worse. Had pressure on radiator hose and did not bleed off. drove about 17 miles on hot morning. It blew top radiator hose off of radiator. I guess it is time for head gasket.

 

I've not looked at the gasket yet...but I have noticed a lot of "fluid" on the bell housing of the trans. Is it possible that the gasket blew outward from the head and not in towards the cylinder?
