My 2004 Honda Civic vp blower motor was not working at all, not even at high setting. Replaced the following parts: blower motor, blower motor resistor, cabin air filters, relay and fuse for blower motor in engine fuse box. Got everything to work but now there is very little air flow out of vents. Ran a hvac diagnostic check and got a dtc code (blinked 12 times) now what to do?
