Default 2007 civc turns over won't crank

My wife drove our 2007 civic to work like always. the fuel light came on when she was almost there . When she went to leave the car will turn over but not crank. There was 2 bars on the fuel but i put 5 gallons of gas in. Sounds like fuel pump is coming on and checked fuses and relays. Can anyone help?

My friend did that to his chevy car, checked fuel pressure and it was low, the fuel pump burned up on his car... fuel pump might have burned up? I'm not sure but I don't think those cars have a schrader valve

I think you need an adapter to hook up a fuel pressure gauge. You could disconnect the fuel line under the hood and turn the key on (don't crank) and see if any gas comes out, but that test is not fully conclusive.
