Yesterday I took my civic to the Honda dealer for an oil change and now today my Navigation/XM Radio will not turn on. I think it was working yesterday when I left the dealer but I'm not sure.

Any ideas of what could be wrong and how to fix it?

I called Honda and of course they told me to bring it in tomorrow and that it has nothing to do with the oil change they did yesterday.

Please help! I don't know much about cars and I don't want them to take me for a total Fool tomorrow!

The two are unrelated; unfortunate coincidence. maybe you can have a more knowledgeable friend look at it.

 

My Husband fixed it. He did something with the battery and there was a fuse missing.
