Question- i open the door of my vehicle then went inside to start it, then after i start it i put my foot on the brake then lowered the handbrake(all of this while the door open) then all of a sudden the car shuts off, i know this model comes with a built in immobilizer but the car wont start anyone knows how to fix? Whats the process to get the car back from its immobilizer state?? Its currently at a carmart an im finalizing the purchase but im wondering if its the battery thats in it gone bad an i shud request a new one or there is a way to get the car back to start that i am not aware of plz help

 

Don't buy that car, at least not without a thorough inspection by a third party (who you would pay). Electrical gremlins like that suggest that it may have been in a flood.

 

so a diagnostic was done on it about 10 mins ago and it passed no code found, so no error, i am wondering if it cud be a dead battery cuz the had to charge the battery cuz it was dead with the handheld charger which wasnt alotta charge
