Default 94 civic , oem help please

Hi to all,
Posted thread on general discussion with not much help , maybe somebody has a better idea here, here goes,
Have 94 civic 2d coupe all stock never been wrecked/changed,
Trying to purchase/find a front bumper cover/bumper,
Have purchased an OEM from dealer & several aftermarket bumper covers from various companies ,
NONE of these bumpers FIT the car (not even close)
Parts are ordered per the vin# , dealer claims that factory has no history of not fitting correctly
Have ran out of options on finding one that fits , again this car is all stock , but bumper is molded wrong or Honda has part # screwed up.
Have searched the web on this issue with no luck of anybody with this problem,
This can't be only one car in the world that has this issue, lol

Any recommendations or help or knowledge on this issue would be deeply appreciated,

At end of the light with this , next thing is trashing a good car because of this bumper issue
,,,,,(please help)

Thanks to all ,(ps , very mechanically inclined) not my first time )just baffled with this hurdle
Thanks again to all

Any bumper cover from a 92 to 95 should fit.

This is exactly what it should look like (the fog cutouts are separate from the main grill)
92-95 Civic bumper

Here is a good picture of one http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/151040730433?lpid=82

Thanks for reply, yes it should fit,,,,but
When installing , it fits perfect fender to fender BUT , it is about 4" to small in hieght , when top of bumper is installed the bottom lands about 3/4 the way down the radiator , NOT under the bottom uniframe where it should , and this is the factory bumper from dealer doing this ,like it is molded wrong

Also say again I am ordering per the vin # & also when getting from aftermarket shops all bumpers are the same problem,
Also I removed the existing bumper , so know how it should be reinstalled, should have been easy , like a idiot I had new bumper in hand , & tossed out the original , thinking I would just put the new one on when have time .

Also have owned the car since brand new , no mods / nothing repaired to alter anything from original factory built ,

Have been thru 5 bumper covers trying to resolve this issue , all have same exact issue , can't find any at local salvage yards ,

To be real technical , center of bumper on backside has a little square stand off molded into bumper which should be under the styrofoam block , but replacement bumper stand off lands center of styrofoam block which won't allow bumper to fit, let alone that the bottom of bumper is short of about 2" from going under frame bottom to land at the 2 bottom bolts ,but if bumper was taller in size from tag bolts to grill it would line up perfectly
