Default Steering Wheel Feedback

Alright, finding another issue with my '93 EX. At higher speeds I feel a lot of feedback (vibrations) in the steering wheel. It usually occurs on the highway at 60mph or higher. Any diagnosis' or ideas on what is causing this?

The first thing to consider is a wheel out of balance or a tire that is not round. Swap the wheels front to back on each side and see if the situation changes.
