There is no fan belt. I don't think any transverse mounted engines have fan belts. Your fan is electric.

It's power steering, A/C, and alternator

 

and the timing belt is hidin behind the cover thats behind the ac/ps/alt belts.

 

Aight, so i just checked it again this morning filled it with a little more from last time, maybe 1/2-1 cup of water to fill it back up again. Let it run for 3-5 mins and saw no water under the car. I then looked at belts again after 1 person explained i got 3 external belts, and 1 timing belt. The cover for the timing belt if i put a little pressure on the cover in certain directions. Seems to be where the noise is coming from. And it seems night as well as i could tell(from the 2 that i could see). But i could put pressure in direction directions on the cover of the timing belt for the noise to be different/quiet/louder. So i wonder if its the belt under it or if its just the cover. If just the cover im wondering why it would just randomly have problems.

Aight, got a new problem. After finding out that putting pressure on the timing belt cover that the sound would change for the better from what i can tell. Tried taking it off. But it catches onto the valve cover. So took out spark plug things, unscrewed the valve cover and took it off to get the cover of the timing belt off.

Trying to check the timing belt if the cover was off, but now the car wont start.
So put everything back to way it was and still it wont start.

 

Are you getting spark?

 

Seems to not be getting a spark.
Cranks hard.

I dont see as to why i wouldnt be getting a spark anymore for doing the things i did.

Can a after market alarm effect getting a spark?

 

For sure not getting a spark anymore, used timing light and it didnt come up with anything.

 

Take the distributor cap off and check that the distributor shaft rotates when you crank, if not, the timing belt has failed.
