So here in the situation. i have a 95 civic dx coupe and i was driving home when it just died on me. so i initially though it was a distributor issue. it wont turn over. so i took the distributor off my friends 95 civic lx to test my theory out but no luck. so i though it probably wasn't a distributor issue but just to be sure i took my distributor and tried it on his civic and it wouldn't start either. so im a little confused as to what else i should try . please help ?

 

if your car turns over w/out starting. do your idiot lights come on in the on position? if they all go off in the start position than run a jump wire to the top of your starter the push on wire turn ign to on and touch the jump wire to + bat it should start. if not and you gat fuel dilivery its in your dist. if it starts check the ign itself.
