Default 96 ex tramission swap question

I am in the middle of swapping it with a 98 civic transmission. Question is, do I use the new transmission's throughout bearing or the old one? What about the slave clutch cylinder, keep the old one or use the one that came with the replacement transmission?
thanks

Transmission swap you should go ahead and buy a new clutch set to avoid clutch problems later. When doing a clutch job be sure to take the lever arm off and grease the pivot point.

On the slave cylinder, generally you keep your old parts because you know that they work. When removing the bad transmission unbolt the slave cylinder and move it aside without disconnecting the line. Then you won't have to bleed the hydraulic system.

I did get a clutch kit, but I'm going to use the old fly wheel as long as it looks fine, or should I get a new one too?

Replace it or have it re-surfaced.

Thanks for the response. I actually just cleaned it, after researching a little more it seemed that I would be fine with it. The old clutch was in very good condition as well, but i definitely replaced that and throwout bearing. I actually finished the job yesterday, and it seems to run well. Just need to do some minor things.
