97 dx engine swap
#2
Here's the thing, no one is going to spoon feed you. However, you can start off by telling us how much money you have to spend on this. Are you going to do the work, or a mechanic. If yourself, do you have the engine hoist already, or do you have another method of removing/installing the old/new engines?
"easy" is relative. I cannot assume what is easy for you or your mechanic to do.

sorry sir i don't your spoon, all i'm asking is what will be the best easy or easier replacement engine from what i know about the d16y7 it has about 106hp but the one i have in the engine base right is crack and is pissing out water mix with oil <milkshake>. i'm not try spend a lot on a car that i'm planning on driving every day plus i'm still working on my subaru. sorry am not really a fan but if you live in houston you will understand, why i don't seem to really like the honda(everyone have one with a trd and they all looks like something from a ghetto xmas tree.)sorry it true

I am have no idea what you are saying. You keep bringing up price? How much money do you have to spend on the car.
Easiest swap would be the same d16y7 motor. A B18c5 swap would be faster and is relatively easy, but you are looking at like $5k for the complete swap and get back on the road.
