Default 98 Civic No Start No, No Crank -Common Issue Fix

Thought I might share in case this helps out someone else. Today my car would not start (no crank). I noticed a blue crayon tip on the floor board by the pedals. I saw both the bottom clutch and the brake switch stoppers in place but did not immediately realize that the clutch has 2, one on the bottom and one on the top. After removing the clutch assembly with 3 12m bolts and a cotter pin, I replaced all 3 stoppers with nuts & bolts and locktite for a permanent repair (I've replaced brake switch stopper twice)...I also removed front driver seat for easier access....FYI the official name is name is pedal stop pad and part # is 46505-SA5-000 but use metal nuts and bolts or else in a few years you will be doing this repair again... Oh and I did cut the pedal assembly a bit, just enough to install a short bolt and nut...
