Default Alternatives to replacing the expensive battery cables?

The battery end terminals on my 2005 Civic are worn, and one of the suggested replacements from Honda cost in excess of $700.00. Has anyone found a less expensive alternative?

Help appreciated.

eBay for cheap oem replacements?

2005 civic battery cable | eBay

Rockauto.com is another good place for OEM replacement items.

You could also make new cables yourself using something like 0 gauge wire. Terminals can be purchased
