B16a trans won't shift into second gear after 3000ish Rpms

Default B16a trans won't shift into second gear after 3000ish Rpms
At idle it shifts fine and when driving every gear work perfect except second after higher Rpms took trans out inspected everything looks fine no chunks missing bearings was smooth I'm stumped help

I took it apart found nothing but I did notice the clutch wasn't aligned but wouldn't that stop it for all gears
