Default A/C Readings - can soimebody help?

My AC is not cold enough. I have 2012 model, and compared to other cars I have owned, it it the worst AC performance. My other cars have always been 6 cyl though.

Here are my readings:

Ambient Temp: 93 degrees
@ 1500 RPMs
Air center vent temp (at max): 54 degrees
Low side pressure: 30
High Side pressure: 200

Also this is my first Civic, the compressor cycles every 5 seconds on idle. Seems weird, never heard my other cars doing it.

Can somebody give me some direction? Low Freon?

Stealership says reading are normal. That it is what it is.

Pressures look normal, but in hot weather the compressor should run constantly at idle. I don't know anything about the new models but I think it would be controlled by a temperature sensor on the evaporator. It would only turn off when the air temperature gets near 40 degrees.
