Default MAP- ECU Code 5

I have recently installed a new Throttle Body and Intake Manifold on my 1.5L. I noticed that the new TB only has one vacuum port tube that I use for the emissions cartridge but there is only a hole in the TB for where the other vac connection was that went to the MAP "21" vac line. It runs like crap and is throwing an ECU 5 code. Where can I plug the #21 vac line? Can I put it to the vac tube connector from the intake manifold or do I have to use the TB?

Pics of the different TB's? Or, before and after install pics? As far as I know there isn't really a standard as far as number vacuum lines, so I'm not really sure what the heck you're talking about

Thank you, here are the pics, they are labeled as to what they are. You can see the block off plate I put on the new TB. I think this is where the MAP sensor vac line is to be installed but there is no fitting.

So, is your MAP sensor plug just hanging somewhere? I would take your map sensor off of the old TB, and attach it to the new one. Having it just blocked off can't be good.

90 Honda Civic - The Map Sensor is mounted to the firewall, see pic, it is NOT on the old TB. Currently I have the #21 vac hose, from the MAP sensor going into the same connector as the vac hose to the emissions canister all via T connector.

The TB is for 88-91 D series, according to the manuf.
-yes, I contacted them and are waiting a reply.
I just would like to know if I have any other options that will work for now.
Thanks
