Compass orientation on rear view mirror

Default Compass orientation on rear view mirror
I just got my new Civic sedan with the auto-dimming mirror and compass. But nowhere does it mention how to properly orient the compass for the central Pennsylvania area.

Does anyone know where I can find information on how to orient the compass?

Thanks in advance...
