Default Compression Help

Ok i did compression test today because my #3 cylinder is not working found out it was ground wire on fuel injector but since changed blowing white smoke and runs like crap we did try to clean injectors and only bought 1 brand new one as well. First question is what you think the cylinder problem is, and 2nd is im only getting like 80psi on my good cylinders and i see other people most 170-180 psi is my rings/pistons bad im new to hondas and never really been a mechanic

Check your work over, the white smoke and running rough is a sign of coolant being burnt off by the engine.

A new head gasket can blow immediately if not installed properly or the block / head is warped. Start the engine cold with the radiator cap off and rev it. If you have constant bubbles in the radiator, the gasket is blown.

For the low compression, pour about a teaspoon of oil into the cylinder and test again. If compression increases markedly, the rings are worn out.
